Cressida Beale is a visual artist and architect, living and working in Melbourne. Widely travelled, Beale draws inspiration from diverse and eclectic influences. Her career in architecture has reinforced a passion and commitment to interpreting the landscape and shaped the way she paints.
Prior to embarking on painting full time Beale’s Architectural career has provided a diverse range of experiences covering a range of building typologies, geographies and architectural practices. Highlights include numerous awards for buildings and competition submissions. Equally as rewarding, her involvement in pro bono projects one of special importance a Community Centre in Malawi Africa for the NGO FOCHTA.
Beale’s connections within architecture have fuelled her success over the past year with various commissions for both private and corporate clients challenging her to explore new territory with great success.
